The role

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Granulation Operator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the recycling and reprocessing of materials within VEKA. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise across a range of manufacturing support activities while working within a business that values continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
You'll be trusted to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and performance while contributing to the success of the wider operation.

What you'll do
- Operate granulation and colour sorting equipment to process PVC materials safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Carry out daily machine safety checks, quality inspections, and production record keeping to support operational performance.
- Move, handle, and prepare materials using manual handling techniques and counterbalance truck equipment.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
- Support wider manufacturing operations through training and cover in areas such as re-gasketing, yard duties, and protective tape slitting.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, communicating effectively and demonstrating the VEKA Values at all times.
