Mixing Plant Operator

The role

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role at the heart of our manufacturing operation.

As a Mixing Plant Operator, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the mixing plant, ensuring compounds are produced in line with production requirements, quality standards and customer expectations.

Working collaboratively with Production, Maintenance and Standards & Testing teams, you will help maintain efficient plant operations, support production targets and contribute to a safe, organised and high-performing working environment.

What you'll do

To monitor, control and operate the mixing plant efficiently in accordance with daily plan requirements.
Liaising with production to ensure effective mixer planning and silo’s are maintained in line with current production requirements.
Liaising with maintenance to ensure effective maintenance and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
Liaising with standards and testing department to ensure correct compound.
Organising the processing of mixing orders.
Compiling test certificates for subsidiaries, compound customers and contract compound recipients.
